Build your reporting line — every person needs a manager, or they are invisible to the dashboards above them.

Load many people at once instead of inviting one at a time. Re-importing an updated file updates people — it never duplicates them.
email,full_name,role,reports_to_email,business_unit_name,phone.
reports_to_email may point at a manager already in the system, OR at another row in this SAME file — a whole new team, top to bottom, can be loaded in one file, in any order.
business_unit_name and phone are optional.
Switching from another system? Their export already has everything this needs — full_name/phone map directly, reports_to_email is their "team leader"/manager field, and business_unit_name is their "team". Re-uploading the same file later updates people instead of duplicating them.
